Official Rules & Regulations
Redemption: Starting 5/2/11, pick up an entry card at participating BP locations in Maryland. For each BP-branded gasoline purchase of eight (8) gallons or more from 5/2/11 to 8/31/11, save your original receipt. After at least five (5) purchases of eight (8) gallons or more, fully and legibly complete in handwriting the original entry card and send it and your five (5) original receipts with a check or money order for $4.00 total for shipping and handling to: BP/Orioles Ticket Offer, 333 West Camden Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. All requests must be received no later than 9/2/11, and requests after this date cannot be honored. Receipts dated prior to 5/2/11 or dated after 8/31/11 will not be accepted. You may obtain up to four (4) total tickets by sending in up to ten (10) receipts. All tickets must be requested at the same time, and must all be for the same game. Only one (1) mailed request per name, household, and/or family will be honored during this promotion. Additional requests cannot be honored and requests from multiple people cannot be combined to have seats together. This offer may not be combined with any other offer. Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded.
Rank which game you would like to attend from the pre-selected games on the front and your Orioles baseball tickets will be mailed to you. The Orioles will make every effort to accommodate first choice. Available seating is Upper Reserve. If tickets are not available for the top three games you have selected, an Orioles Ticket Services representative will contact you for an alternate game. Your request must be received at least 21 days prior to the game you choose. Tickets cannot be left at Will Call and all tickets will be mailed.
Completed card with valid receipts can be redeemed at Oriole Park ticket window for a $15 voucher towards a ticket upgrade (subject to availability).
Ticket Upgrades: A completed card with valid receipts can be redeemed via mail or at the box office for a ticket upgrade. Upgrades are $15 per ticket and will be fulfilled in Upper Box (NYY & BOS) or Left Field Lower Box (All other games). If redeeming five gas receipts enclose a check or money order for $34.00 to redeem two upgraded tickets. If redeeming ten receipts enclose a check or money order for $64.00 for four upgraded tickets. Checks are payable to the Baltimore Orioles. This includes all shipping and handling.
All transportation to and from the game and any expenses not listed herein are the ticket holder’s responsibility. By accepting the tickets, ticket holders agree to release and hold harmless The Baltimore Orioles, BP Corporation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers and advertising and promotions agencies from any and all liability including claims arising out of, but not limited to, injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the acceptance, enjoyment and/or use or misuse of any tickets received in this promotion.
General Conditions: Offer good while supplies last. Submitted materials become the sole property of sponsor and will not be returned. Cards that are illegible or mechanically or otherwise reproduced will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any promotional-related materials, or for lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail entries. By participating, you accept and agree to those rules. Sponsor shall not be liable for any circumstances which may prevent the team’s games from being played. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility: Open to licensed drivers who are U.S. residents 16 years of age or older. Employees of BP Corporation, BP branded stations or anyone involved in the production and distribution of materials for this promotion are not eligible to participate.
